- Increase in dependents coverage: In honor of World Mental Health Day and in response to increased demand for Calm Business for Dependents, we've increased the total number of dependents from four to five.
- Manually add or remove users: You may now add or remove users manually within Partner Portal without uploading a new eligibility file every time! Here’s how it works:
- In the User section of Partner Portal, a new “+” (add new user) action link is now listed at the top of your User List and “-” (remove user) action links have been added next to each existing user on your roster.
- When adding a new user, include their mandatory unique identifier and add which preexisting segments you want to align them to by entering either an existing or new value.
- Please note: If you’d like to create a new segment for filtering your roster, you will need to make this change outside Partner Portal and re-upload the updated eligibility file.
