Practicing Self-Care

It’s easy to put self-care aside when feeling busy or overwhelmed, but that’s when it’s most important. Left unaddressed, stress, anxiousness, or poor sleep can escalate into more serious conditions. Help your people establish a sustainable self-care routine to reduce stress, boost moods, and build resilience.

New Pathways - Building Healthy Habits

Our newest 2-week Pathway, “Building Healthy Habits,” is the perfect way to help your people establish and sustain a self-care routine that works for them. It’s also a great way to build on any momentum gained through the “Small Steps, Big Impact Challenge” held during Mental Health Awareness Month in May.

Each week, participants will receive three bite-size (5 minutes or less) sessions on Calm designed to help them take small steps to build long-lasting habits that improve their mental health.
